When small businesses sell, buyers often can't secure full bank financing, so sellers provide financing directly - creating promissory notes. We acquire seller financed business notes below a $20MM valuation.
We provide a liquidity solution for holders of seller financed business notes. We optimize portfolio construction and risk management by creating an exit option for sellers, leveraging our proprietary sourcing network, and applying institutional underwriting standards with AI-enhanced due diligence.

Immediate Liquidity to Note Holder
The Seller will receive a bid from the fund, up to 85 cents on the dollar.
All Cash Purchase
Up to 75 cents on the dollar. Cash paid immediately.
Hybrid Cash and Fund Shares
Up to 85 cents on the dollar with half paid in cash and half paid in shares of the fund.

Travis is a seasoned credit and finance professional with 20 years of experience across distressed debt, real estate, and small business lending. He was managing partner at Pelorus Capital Group, where was instrumental in growing the debt fund from $20M in AUM to over $400M, pioneering many capital markets programs in the cannabis space. Pelorus Fund returned 13%+ IRR life to date during his tenure. At MKP Capital Management he oversaw a diversified real estate credit portfolio. He has executed over $1B in transactions across capital markets and fund platforms.

With nearly two decades of experience, he is widely recognized as a thought leader in the seller note space and regularly contributes to industry publications. Abby leads Seller Edge’s sourcing strategy and seller engagement.
